Job Title - Investments PMO Analyst
Location- Pune, Magarpatta
Role Description
Our Investments – agile teams at Deutsche Bank - Private Bank (TDI) develop and maintain applications for securities business of Private Customers. Changes are generally announced on short notice due to regulatory requirements or time to market challenges. Quality and stability has priority together with time to market.
By working in an Agile DevOps model, acting a pilot for Investments and actively improving the model, we achieve very high quality while continuously delivering value to our clients. Located in Germany and India, we work closely together using agile and virtual collaboration techniques and our team's diversity to reach our goals of continuous deployment, process improvement and internalizing engineering know how.
As a Project Management Analyst you will work together with project members, Scrum Masters and Product Owners and bring organizational skills to enforce the development team within a Squad in the context of Deutsche Bank's digitalization journey.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
• You will provide support services for projects and / or programs and help appropriate application of the project and program management framework.
• You will assist Scrum Master, Product Owner and Project Manager in achieving project financial and organizational goals.
• You will work globally supporting Investments Agile Regulatory Reporting Teams in organizational topics and participate in their agile meetings.
Your Skills and Experience:
• Pro-active team player with good experience in working as Project Management Analyst
• Hands-on experience in PMO Processes (incl. Financials), their standards and tools
• Good verbal and written English and communication skills. German language would be a plus.
• Strong Experience in MS Office products, especially MS Excel.
• Ability to act flexible and prioritize own work. First experience in agile working environments would be a plus.
• Training or degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management or equivalent.
