The Role
Simplicity (NZ) Ltd offers award-winning customer service and we need to grow our amazing team.
The Investor Services team is the heart of our business where we offer customer service excellence taking care our members and their investments. The team ensures operational tasks are completed to a high and compliant standard and communicates on a daily basis with our members in relation to their accounts.
This role would suit candidates looking for a future in customer services and finance. This is a newly created entry-mid level role for someone who is keen to learn. Our ideal candidate needs to feel comfortable conversing with our members on the telephone in an open plan office and liaising with our members by email throughout the day. This role may suit a recent university graduate who has 2-3 years of work experience at a bank or in financial services. The responsibilities of the role include:
Onboarding KiwiSaver and Investment Fund applications
Processing Investment Fund and all variations of KiwiSaver withdrawals
Answering member queries via email 50%
Answering member queries via phone 50%
Overseeing the banking process for incoming deposits.
Liaising with our Tech team and Communications team in relation to the member experience
You’ll also be expected to gain an understanding of Simplicity’s funds and look for ways to improve operational efficiency.

Location: Takapuna office and work from home one day per week when training is completed.
Hours of work: Mon to Fri 40 hours per week.
