Inviting applications for the role of Data-Tech-AI Consultant
Your responsibilities in this role include being part of a team supporting our Transformation Partners to lead and execute strategic projects, with leading companies, to drive transformation through our Digital, Analytics and Consultative capabilities with our industry leading methodologies.
Responsibilities
Industry knowledge and experience in the hi-tech software industry, preferably with one or more sub-sectors
Domain/ depth of skills in software product development lifecycle, software services and process transformation areas.
Partner with clients to provide analysis and identify/document improvement opportunities.
Working closely with the Data-Tech-AI Partner and the client sales team led by the Lead Client Partner to win work within the account (upsell /extensions find new opportunities Developing client proposals and participate in the presales process including but not limited to RFP/RFI responses, POC management, bid management, price management and overall deal solutioning.
Research industry and domain best practices and trends to improve internal offerings and solutions to our clients. Contributing to our Capital Markets domain expertise and knowledge base specifically in Auto Finance Industry.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate deep industry knowledge and extensive experience in Gen AI technologies, particularly within sectors such as AI-driven software development, AI integration in business processes, and AI-powered transformation initiatives.
Engage with clients to conduct thorough analysis, identify improvement opportunities leveraging Gen AI, and document actionable insights.
Collaborate closely with the Data-Tech-AI Partner and client sales teams, led by the Lead Client Partner, to drive business growth within key accounts. This includes upselling, extending existing contracts, and identifying new opportunities by developing compelling client proposals and contributing to the presales process (e.g., RFP/RFI responses, POC management, bid management, pricing strategies, and overall solution design).
Research industry best practices and emerging trends in Gen AI to enhance internal offerings and deliver innovative solutions to clients. Contribute expertise specifically in Gen AI applications for domains such as Auto Finance and other relevant sectors.
Qualifications we seek in you
Proven track record in consulting roles focused on Gen AI technologies, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of digital transformation and analytical trends within industries.
Proficiency in:
Advanced analytics and AI-driven insights
Designing reference architectures and technical specifications for digital assets powered by AI
Managing technical projects and overseeing the delivery of digital IP and implementation projects
Evaluating AI products, technologies, and tools through proof of concept and prototyping
Developing robust solution architectures that integrate AI technologies effectively
Hands-on experience in IT and operations, including technical assessments, solution design, and technology evaluations
A broad perspective across various AI technologies and their applications
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Gen AI consulting roles, ideally within a hi-tech or software industry context
Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution; a graduate degree is advantageous
Strong understanding of IT, BPM, and IT-enabled industries, with the ability to engage effectively with CXO-level stakeholders within client organizations and build networks with industry analysts and advisors
Previous experience in a strategy consulting or advisory capacity, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-cultural environments
