Senior Financial Strategist
A seasoned financial leader is required to drive business growth and expansion across multiple startups. As a strategic finance professional, you will oversee P&L accountability, cost efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Leadership: Own P&L for client mandates, aligning financial planning with business goals, capital allocation, and scale strategy. Act as a CFO to clients—advising on growth strategy, fundraising, and investor communications.
• Practice Growth & Development: Lead growth of the financial practice through new service lines, scalable delivery models, and strategic client acquisition. Drive revenue expansion by identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and improving client retention.
• Tax, Compliance & Due Diligence: Supervise daily activities: bookkeeping, payroll, GST, TDS, income tax, etc.. Lead financial due diligence and support clients in investment/funding rounds.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals across client accounts. Work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and transactions teams to deliver comprehensive support. Foster a culture of ownership, performance, and continuous learning.
• Ecosystem Engagement: Contribute to company visibility through thought leadership, events, and content. Share trends and insights with clients to navigate evolving market challenges.
Required Qualifications:
• CA (2014 or earlier) with 10+ years of experience, including 4–5 years in leadership roles.
• Previous experience working with audit, assurance, etc. in big 5 firms is an added advantage.
• Strong background in strategic finance, P&L ownership, and business partnering.
• Already running/previously run a firm can also consider. We are okay to acquihire opportunities.
• Strong understanding and practical knowledge of accounting and financial management principles and practices, along with hands-on experience in direct and indirect taxation and related compliances.
• Working knowledge of tools like Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and a builder mindset.

Job Title: Invoice Reconciliation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the reconciliation of daily incoming payments from buyers against open receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile daily incoming payments from buyers against open receivables using internal tools and ERP systems.
• Investigate and resolve payment mismatches and unidentified transactions.
• Issue invoices and credit notes to buyers as per process guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal operations and finance teams to clarify discrepancies.
• Occasionally interact with external clients to resolve reconciliation-related queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in finance operations with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable and Payment Reconciliation.
• Ability to reconcile an average of 200 invoices per day.
• High attention to detail with proven ability to manage daily reconciliations, resolve mismatches, issue invoices/credit notes, and work efficiently with Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and occasionally communicate with external clients.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
