Invoicing and Warranty Administrator
Job description
Working hours - Monday to Friday, day shift
Salary - from £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

What does the role involve?
• Day to day invoicing for the branch, to include Warranty, Retail, Contract work and any other types of Invoicing using customer portals
• Along with your colleagues, ensuring month-end work in progress levels are within agreed targets
• Assisting with the daily running and administration of the branch
• Time loading and workshop wages
• Occasional service reception cover
• MOT Bookings
• Sublet order numbers
• General administration tasks
• Administrative support with R2C
• Any other duties relevant to the smooth and efficient operation of the department as determined by your manage
Qualifications
• Experience in warranty administration and customer service
• Excellent communication and customer satisfaction skills
• Proficient in computer literacy and use of relevant software
• Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Previous experience in the HGV industry is a plus
