IOP Technician
Westwind Recovery is seeking an IOP Technician to support clients in their treatment and recovery journey. The IOP Technician plays a key role in ensuring client safety, assisting with daily activities, and helping clients stay engaged in their treatment plans.
Key Duties:
• Safely transport clients to and from appointments, meetings, and activities (driving is essential)
• May be required to drive long distances on certain days
• Keep company vehicles and facilities clean and safe (cleaning is essential)
• Monitor clients for safety, compliance, and participation in treatment
• Assist with groups, documentation, and daily operations
Requirements:
• Valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record (no violations in last 3 years) – must qualify for company insurance
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in behavioral health or recovery setting preferred
