### Job Description
Xiaomi India is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **Customer Care Officer**. In this entry-level, part-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers while embodying our commitment to quality and innovation. As a remote team member, you will work independently, driven by a passion for helping others and enhancing the Xiaomi brand experience.
### Responsibilities
- **Customer Support**: Manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Address customer concerns and provide timely and accurate information about products and services.
- **Problem Solving**: Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with their Xiaomi products, collaborating with technical teams when necessary to ensure a swift resolution.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback on products and service experiences to contribute to ongoing improvements in service quality, product functionality, and user satisfaction.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other members of the customer support team to share knowledge about product updates, support techniques, and service quality improvements.
- **Sales Support**: Drive customer conversions and upsell products when appropriate, utilizing strong persuasion skills to motivate customers and highlight the value of Xiaomi offerings.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay informed about Xiaomi’s product line and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations to customers. Participate in training sessions and team meetings as needed.
### Requirements
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service, business communication, or related field is a plus, though not required.
- **Experience**: No previous experience is necessary. We welcome fresh graduates or individuals looking to begin their careers in customer service.
