We are looking for a responsible Sr technical project coordinator to oversee a wide variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation. Responsibilities: You’ll be in collaboration with multiple teams across the business catering to below objectives.
Manage projects with full ownership driving optimise changes, top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
Track Project status on Jira in the form of Epics and Issues through a standard workflow, documentation, plans and reports in Jira and Confluence
Track resource availability, plan for back-ups and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
Identify risks and plan for mitigation, remove impediments, bridge team gaps in timely manner.
Work closely with our Product and techno functional team to support and maintain high quality technical Product collateral, client-facing communications and internal collateral.
Organising retros and business reviews of all business activities and coordinating meeting scheduling.
Create Project dashboards and crisp status report for the stakeholders, weekly MIS reports for leadership team’s visibility.

EXPECTATIONS
Your primary responsibility is to develop new features for our iOS mobile application. These apps enable people to take our world-class English language assessment that reliably and
accurately measures test-takers’Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing skills. They ensure that users aren’t cheating, and have a great experience for test-takers. You’ll have
the opportunity to try new approaches, exploit new capabilities provided by on-device machine learning acceleration hardware, and do all this in a supportive, data rich
environment.
Your main responsibilities are to:
1. Work with technical and product leadership to define and refine upcoming features
2. Write reliable code to bring the features alive
3. Collaborate with our QA and Release team to ensure that the product meets
requirements and works effectively with our global user base.
4. Ensure that we maintain (and improve) our app stability and performance.
Our current mobile apps are fully native. On iOS, we’re using Swift following the latest frameworks (SwiftUI, Combine) and following an MVVM pattern. On Android, we’ve a
CLEAN modularised single activity project, with Kotlin native business logic layer (coroutines, KTOR etc). We use the Jetpack suite for databinding, navigation components
and material design etc). This is the current stack however the engineering teams are autonomous to make their own technical decisions and we recognise this stack will change as we scale.
DAY TO DAY
A typical day would include:
Participating in the team’s agreed agile process, such as attending standup.
Working with Tech Leads and the Product team to ensure upcoming requirements
are well defined and have a good technical solution planned
Implementing features
Working closely with Delivery Manager and QA teams to confirm releases meet original requirements
Working with our API team to design and review new endpoints
Researching any crashes that might arise
WHO YOU ARE
Experience working on different apps that have reached a large number of users via the App or Play Stores.
Familiarity with SwiftUI and reactive programming paradigm
Excellent technical skills on iOS, but advantageous to have experience with Android as well.
Be able to effectively plan, architect and implement product features
Know how to strike the right balance between pragmatic agile iterative development and longer term investment to manage technical debt.
Have experienced, and know how to work with CI and automated testing.
Be able to analyse, document and communicate software design
Have the ability to take ownership of issues - to analyse and identify problems not faced before.
Collaborate with Product Owners, UX teams, and other stakeholders
It would be advantageous if you have experience:
Building multi-platform Kotlin across Android, iOS and Web.
Building apps with users outside Europe and America
Using analytics to guide and refine priorities
Using Firebase
Leading or configuring automated testing and CI systems
An interest in English language assessment is a big plus!
