Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and strategic IP Creator/Manager to conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative event properties. This role involves crafting unique event concepts, planning end-to-end execution, and successfully pitching to investors, sponsors, and stakeholders for funding. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in event creation, project management, brand partnerships, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept Creation & Innovation:
✓ Develop original event IPs (Intellectual Properties) across various domains such as entertainment, lifestyle, business, tech, sports, and experiential events.
✓ Conduct market research to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for new event formats. Design engaging event experiences that are scalable, monetizable, and brand-worthy.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
✓ Plan end-to-end event execution, including concept design, budgeting, logistics, marketing, and audience engagement.
✓ Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless execution. Identify and secure strategic venues, partners, and collaborations for the event. Investor & Sponsor Pitching:
✓ Develop compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations for investors, sponsors, and funding partners. Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and financial backers. Negotiate sponsorship deals, partnerships, and long-term associations to maximize revenue.
Business Growth & Brand Building:
✓ Ensure the event IP is aligned with the company’s vision, target audience, and growth strategies. Work on the branding, positioning, and marketing of the event property. Stay ahead of industry trends and implement cutting-edge innovations in event formats. Skills &
Qualifications: Proven experience in event conceptualization, IP development, or event management. Strong ability to pitch ideas, negotiate deals, and secure funding. Excellent project management, budgeting, and organizational skills. Creative mindset with a strong understanding of audience engagement strategies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and networking skills. Ability to work independently and drive projects from ideation to execution. Prior experience in brand collaborations, media partnerships, or sponsorship sales is a plus.
