The Role
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and creating future-ready product designs. You will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences across our digital platforms. You will be responsible for designing and refining user journeys that achieve defined business outcomes, using a combination of innovative design thinking and user-centered methodologies. This role demands a strong business acumen to actively participate in discussions that translate complex business needs into seamless user experiences.
What you will do:
• Champion user experience and design innovation across the organization and our customers for our Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) application suite.
• Solution product business Journeys and admin experiences by designing intuitive, scalable, and engaging user interfaces.
• Drive design-related discussions, ensuring the best user experience and compliance to standards
• Conduct and take part in customer workshops to understand outcome and build User Journeys supported by the product
• Define user personas, map customer journeys, identify goals, pain points, and achieve business outcomes utilizing AI-based design.
• Collaborate closely with product managers & Application Developers to understand and integrate user journeys into product designs.
• Create defined user stories and journeys in alignment with business objectives.
• Design high-fidelity and interactive user journey mock-up and record the journey in a video for developer use.
• Skill up on Salesforce and understand when to use Expedite designed UI versus using Salesforce out-of-the box UI to balance the best experience versus development effort. .
• Design experiences that use AI technologies to enhance user personalization and predictive design capabilities.
• Design experiences that allow UX teams or customers to design and visual UI via prompts.
• Use AI tools to expedite design processes and innovate on existing UX designs.
• Create quality product User Guides and Admin Guides in a clear and understandable format.
• Confirm that your designs have been implemented correctly by verifying the functionality and styling in each sprint.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and integrate these into design workflows.
• Experience in designing B2B applications ideally in SaaS, IoT, or Manufacturing segments.
• Experience in designing SaaS-based sales, quoting, pricing, ordering and contracting applications.
• Strong comprehension, problem-solving, and communication abilities; with a proven track record of effectively leading user design processes.
• Strong understanding & experience working directly with customers to define and drive design processes.
• The ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; comprehending and conveying clear goals, Journeys, and solutions.
• Demonstrable capabilities as a Leading/Principal UX Designer on SaaS platforms utilizing AI for higher efficiency & productivity.
• Good understanding of logical data models, high-level technical concepts and ability to use them in the design process.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform or other CRM software will be a plus.
• Foundational understanding and interest in AI-driven design tools and methodologies.
• Skilled in researching market trends and UX guidelines to develop unique and valuable user experiences.
• Proficient in tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, UXpin, and AI-enhanced tools.
• Familiarity with user testing and feedback integration into design processes.
• Understanding of design systems, with the ability to follow them, maintain, and grow.

Job Summary
Manages relationships with functional stakeholders. Monitors and manages key performance metrics. Supports a culture of innovation, excellence & collaboration. Manages several on-staff NSD engineers including assisting in recruitment, supervision, scheduling, mentoring & development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
Responsibilities
The IP Operations Supervisor provides support for the IPNGN Network infrastructure and technical operations support for all IP customer base (this includes third party IP customers not directly connected to the Main One IPNGN platform). Specifically, the IP Operations Supervisor's responsibilities shall include:
• Ensure continued smooth operation of the global IP network infrastructure through monitoring and performance reporting against performance benchmarks
• Ensure that biannnual internal security audits are carried out on the network and recommendations made
• Ensure that new IP customer provisioning is carried out in line with the IP Provisioning process
• Definition and implementation of network security policies
• Ensure that accurate logging, timely updates and communication are provided by L2 Support and other engineers during the lifecycle of any IP related incident
• Ensure that all escalated IP related tickets are resolved within agreed timelines and handled professionally
• Provide adequate support and requisite input to IP planning and technical sales teams
• Ensure standardization and regular update of all documentation using the DMS system, and in line with corporate policy
• Ensure that all reports are developed in line with the defined IP reporting process and made available to all stakeholders accurately and in timely manner
• Ensure continuous improvement and adherence to the MainOne IP Operations policies and procedures
• Ensure all third party application support contracts and hardware support contracts for all IPNGN systems are up to date and functional
Qualifications
• Relevant professional/technical certifications
• Proven years relevant experience required in troubleshooting IP networks and all related issues
• Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting of L2 and L3 networks especially on Cisco routers and switches
• Cisco IOS XE/XR experience will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with TAC case management and escalation process
• Strong understanding of a process driven environment
• L2 and L3 MPLS experience
• Routing protocol configuration and troubleshooting experience (BGP, ISIS, MPLS, OSPF, EIGRP)
• IP multicast experience
• CCNP , CCIP, CCSP certification or equivalent experience
• CCIE Certified - will be an added advantage
