Job Title - IPB APAC India Dealer
Location - Mumbai
Role Description –
• Buyside Dealer for facilitation of primary and secondary market trades under PMS & Wealth Advisory.
• Common resource for all execution facilitation for "Discretionary PMS", "Non-Discretionary PMS" and "Investment Advisory".
• Dealer will facilitate primary and secondary market execution for all asset classes and instruments encompassing Equity (stocks and mutual funds) and Debt (all money market instruments, bonds, debentures, mutual funds, ETF's, Index Funds etc.) and all other permissible instruments and asset classes where the clients / portfolio managers are likely to invest.

Key responsibilities –
• Constant monitoring of the ongoing client trades - which would include order management, order execution facilitation, order reporting & settlement and reconciliation. Ability to manage orders efficiently at least impact cost so that the client is benefited.
• Liaising with all empaneled brokers and counter parties.
• Gathering of market intelligence and activity
• Maintenance of all orders related MIS
Skills and Experience –
• The candidate should have a relevant experience of atleast 3 to 5 years in similar role
• Expected to have working knowledge of dealing activities (across all instruments like stocks, bonds, and mutual funds) and should be able to facilitate execution of large orders.Should be having all requisite qualifications (graduate or a post graduate qualification from a reputed university)Should also have the mandatory regulatory qualifications that would enable him/ her to perform all dealing related activities. (NCFM dealing certification is required).
