Key Responsibilities:
• Assess the market value of candidates’ profiles in line with international standards (Canada, European Union, Australia).
• Conduct thorough research to create detailed eligibility reports for candidates seeking international job placements.
• Research and analyze the average job values for various positions across international markets.
• Compile and present findings on market trends and job values to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, International Relations, or any graduate with good comms skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
