Job Profile

IPO advisory

Assist the company in tracking and managing the IPO project schedule

Assist in identifying dependencies and in developing project plan

identify delay causes and support quick resolutions for managing the overall IPO schedule

Managing the data room

Coordination with internal and external teams for various data points

maintain the updated tracker and control over the data being shared across intermediaries in the required format
