Job Description
The Overseas Retail – Product Manager is responsible for product planning and marketing across the NRI customer segments through domestic RM teams viz. Burgundy, NRI and Priority RMs and Indian and Overseas Branches of the Bank. They are also responsible for providing a range of Structured Deposit Solutions and Fund Based/ Non-fund Based facilities to High Net worth NRI Individuals in collaboration with treasury/ Indian and Overseas Branches of the Bank
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve the Budgeted fee income target from NRI Pro Deposit, SBLC and USD Term Loan.
• Manage the entire gamut of end-to-end activities to support the sale of the product offerings through the RM teams.
• Gather customer requirements and drive NR Structured Products/ Solutions across the NRI customer segments.
• Ensure Structured Training Interventions for RMs/branch resources/ RFR Sales across all the key locations in the circle/region and effective transmission of the same resulting into biz performance/ RM activation.
• Analyze and monitor the business and performance on various parameters.
• Ensure that the transactions are executed in strict compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines and no breach is reported.
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• MBA / More than 5 years of Work Experience in BFSI Segment (NRI Liability Banking experience will be preferred)
• Relevant experience in NRI business. Knowledge of alternate channels. Experience in NRI Digital acquisition, training, vendor management
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
• Knowledge of Digital Channels like, Internet Banking, Mobile App
• Good understanding of NRI KYC guidelines and regulations, Business as well as customer orientation, Energetic and good team player, Planning and organizing
• Analytical skills, Inter personal skills, Sound knowledge of NRI Liability products and Process. Training, Decision Making Skills, Strong convincing skills
• Should be a self-starter and capable of working independently, and collaborating with various stakeholders
