Job Description
Lead Iron Door Installer position now available. Looking for a motivated, hard worker to fill this position. Mostly new construction and rough opening installs. Needs to be able to use hand & power tools and have a good amount of construction skills, read a tape measure, be attentive to details, work quickly and efficiently, adept at multi-tasking, able to lift more than 150 lbs on a regular basis. Important that he speak English and Spanish. Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record to be able to work well with others and able to assign tasks to others. Must be willing to work, be organized, good with hands. Prior iron door installation or handling helpful. Rate of pay based upon experience. Additional duties would include working inside warehouse trimming out doors, putting in glass, insulating doors, getting doors ready for installation, loading & unloading trailer. Looking for someone to communicate, monitor and supervise other workers, watch over supply inventory, organize tools and supplies, keep track of jobs, and speaking with job foremans or customers.
