Role Description
Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality, security, and compliance within an organization? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead ISO Auditor to join our team. This is a on-site contract role of Lead ISO Auditor located in Saudi Arabia. As the Lead ISO Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits and assessments of our organization's operations, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with various ISO standards.
Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate the ISO audit program, including planning, scheduling, and executing audits across multiple ISO standards, including ISO 27001:2026, ISO +001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301.
• Utilize a systematic approach to identify potential risks, non-conformities, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls that align with ISO standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments, trends, and regulatory requirements related to ISO standards and ensure the organization's compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on ISO standards, audit processes, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, observations, and recommendations for management review.
• Track and monitor the implementation of corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
• Act as the main point of contact for external audits and certifications, ensuring a smooth and successful audit process.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality consciousness, and compliance awareness within the organization.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Business Administration, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
• Certified Lead ISO Auditor or equivalent certification in ISO 27001:2026, ISO +001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301.
• Proven experience as an ISO Auditor, conducting audits and assessments against multiple ISO standards.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of ISO 27001:2026, ISO +001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply them to practical scenarios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple audit projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using audit management tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
