About the role: Issuer alliances leader
Core KPI’s
Deliver on key business metrics i.e. Revenue, EMI GMV , New issuer/Partner onboarding.
Developing and implementing strategic plan to achieve the same.
Work closely with Offline and Online sales teams to deepen the issuer share, Improve DC EMI
penetration with top brands/merchants.
Drive team productivity and ensure training, retention, and growth of the team.
Understand the short term and long term needs of the business to build and improve Product /
product experience.
Drive productivity initiatives within the team and raise the performance benchmark.
Gather industry insights and implement best practices.
Work with top merchants to stitch offers with issuers to increase counter share.

Skills required
Experience of min 12 years and above in driving partnerships
Should have experience in managing teams and work with stakeholders.
In-depth experience in managing large clients.
Understanding of affordability business
Experience in Solution selling and business development.
Understanding of Technology and User Experience
Exposure to business product role would be an added advantage.
