Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
• Set up and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches)
• Troubleshoot network issues and ensure network security
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and uptime
• Install and upgrade computer components and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers and other peripherals
• Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses
• Provide technical support to users both remotely and on-site
• Resolve help desk requests and escalate issues as needed
• Train users on new technologies and software applications
