Job Description
Maintaining all IT Assets like Servers, Networks, Voice Devices, Laptops, Desktops, Printers, etc inventory tracking the AMC /warranty details over the site
• Fault repair/Troubleshooting for Desktops, Laptops across Pan India Locations.
• Helping in Procurement, Asset Transfer
• Asset maintenance and disposal of the old asset.
• Providing IT support. Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
• Knowledge of Email servers & Backup systems.
• Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc. for support where required
• Experience with supporting employee/company IT needs remotely
• CCTV & its Storage Knowledge and other hardware management would be good to have.
