At Toll Technology Centre, we are looking for IT Application Analyst having experience in Transport Management System (TMS). AnApplication Support Analyst - Applications is accountable for providing delivery expertise, maintenance and support that ensures the stable operation of the organization's applications and all of the application interfaces which deliver the end-to-end service. This role is responsible for managing application services delivery for one or multiple TMS application (Ramco TMS being primary) and will be first point of escalation for any issue/request. This role will also responsible for driving operational governance activities within IT Group. He/She should be able to take care of all basic Support activities like Incident, Problem Management, Service requests and CR related activities (like defect fixing, test result documentation, follow up with Change approval team, communication with business community)
