The ITAO is overall accountable for application and/or infrastructure asset instances. The role manages and maintains the application ensuring compliance with applicable IT policies & procedures with specific consideration to IT Management and Information Security policies. The ITAO oversees the technical solutions implementation and configures applications in different environments in response to business problems. The ITAO is the function responsible of the application lifecycle governance.

Your skills and experience:
• Maintenance & Monitoring of Application/Environment Access levels for all the relevant teams in the Application life cycle phases
• Ongoing enhancement and maintenance of an application including management of scope & on-time Upgrades of Environments.
• Conducting strategic planning for the application & environments.
• Identifying and managing technical projects necessary to ensure required and established service levels are maintained.
• Managing strategic capacity, consumption and performance management (Forecast and management based on business plans).
• Ensuring policy-compliance for dbRAMM, SOX, ASG, ISP, Audit.
• Managing software licenses, security certificates and contracts with service providers.
• Manage technical projects necessary to ensure required and established service levels are maintained
• Ensuring availability of all necessary application/service knowledge and documentation and are timely updated
• Collaborating with various stakeholders including the Audit and Risk leads, Application vendors, Development, Deployment, DevOps, Testing and Production Management team members and project & program managers
• Steering, overseeing and delivering the design and development of industrialization solutions into the production support teams for operations and monitoring
• Performing reviews for all technical changes in close collaboration with Development/DevOps team representatives (both business and IT)
• Assisting with DevOps objectives of configuration/monitoring/packaging/deployment automations.
• Identifying, documenting and communicating risks and issues discovered during delivery cycles.
• Participating in meetings with business and development, production support teams on product enhancement and development planning calls, evaluate and coordinate production incidents escalations.
• Coordinate with Risk and Control Program & Transformation lead to ensure all the necessary RnC items are addressed on time with resolutions there by mainlining the Application and Infra health status Green.
