Job Description
Our client is seeking an immediately available IT Applications Support Officer for a permanent role based in Melbourne CBD. This role will be handling Level 1 and 2 support for 75 users. We are looking to speak to candidates who have experience with Intune and Entra ID (or Azure Active Directory), and are available immediately or on a small notice period.
The Role:
Providing Level 1-2 support for all internal stakeholders
Troubleshooting where required
Configuration and instillation of IT workstations and other office equipment
Manage on-premise infrastructure
Trouble shoot issues in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and other systems
Work with other cross functional teams
The successful candidate will have:
3+ years experience across Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk support
Have experience with Entra ID and Intune (or active directory)
Experience with Dynamics 365 would be advantageous
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stockholders
Be available immediately or on a short notice period
The finer details:
Salary of $80,000 to $85,000 + super + salary packaging
CBD Location, close to public transport
Hybrid working model - 1-2 days per week from the office
Immediate start or short notice period preferable.
