WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Develops and implements application architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
Leads cross functional collaboration to gather business requirements, define integration objectives, and design efficient data and services solutions.
Provides technical oversight to ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to architectural standards while addressing complex technical challenges.
Resolves complex application issues, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.
Executes on application architecture tasks or projects, requiring advanced problem solving, decision making and strategic thinking with some ambiguity.
Drives decisions on complex issues to develop clear, actionable recommendations for management, ensuring alignment on processes, tools and services with impact across other areas.
Leverages advanced and creative skills to resolve complex application architecture related problems, fostering cross functional collaboration to identify and implement innovative solutions.
Leads and facilitates cross functional collaboration efforts, fostering strong internal relationships across the organization and external partnerships to achieve impactful business outcomes.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in solution design, and application architecture.
Proven experience designing and delivering client-facing digital platforms in financial services or similarly regulated industries.
Experience designing highly available, fault-tolerant systems with strong observability and monitoring practices.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated leadership capability in influencing cross-functional teams and driving architectural decisions.
NICE-TO-HAVE:
Familiarity with enterprise architecture governance processes.
