We are hiring IT Asset Management Executive with an overall experience range of 4 -5 years who have relevant 2 years experience in IT Asset Executive
Candidates who can join us immediately or within 10 days would be preferred.
Position: IT Asset Executive / IT Asset Management Executive
Client location: Lower Parel/ Chinchpokli (Work from Office)
Job Description
• Perform daily and long-term operational and strategic management of hardware and
software inventory as per asset management and IMACD process
• Plan, monitor, and record hardware assets and/or software license in ITAM tool throughout
their lifecycle from their introduction/procurement to their retirement/disposal including
dependencies and attributes
• Tracking of delivery, installation, Recon of PO vs delivery vs invoices, Vendor management,
Governance and MOM tracking
• Develop asset control processes, procedures, policies and reports to monitor KRA and
KPIs/Metrics, Governances, Process Adherence, and standardized reporting on a
scheduled basis, including compliance reports on current assets, their attributes, status,
accuracy and trend analysis
• Continuous improvement in enhancing the policies, process, tracking
PAV, reconciliation and Audit at defined frequency to maintain inventory compliance and
findings in internal and external audits
• Planning asset availability and spare management of assets for employee onboarding,
offboarding, spare/break fix basis current inventory, HR manpower planning for strategic
purchasing and redistribution decisions
• Ensuring that IT assets are being used appropriately and reporting on usage
• Perform research on industry best practice and incorporate it with organizational practices
Desired Profile:
Bachelor’s or equivalent qualification
Overall 4-5 yrs experience and 2 years relevant experience in IT asset management(mandatory)
Knowledge and experience of IT software , hardware, IMACD, CMDB, ITSM,ITAM tool
Process / Documentation
Vendor management, goveranance
Problem-solving skills, customer centric, Team player
Service delivery, support and end user expectation management based on ITIL framework
Experience in Supporting for Branch IT Asset Audit
