Job Description
Cross Departmental communication with the Financial Management Expert and Project Planner and Management specialist to prepare IT-based systems in PMU, including means and methods to conduct cost accounting and tracking expenditure, track Project Implementation including reports, scheduling at district level.
- Ability to develop an appropriate MIS for efficient management of the project integrating the requirements of PMU and PIU (at the district level) by making key management information readily available online, including the financial and physical information for management decisions.
- Review information and communication systems available in each of the districts and make necessary recommendations for the establishment of IT based monitoring/project communication systems.
- Ability to prepare a webpage that specifically enables information dissemination on the project and access for all the districts to upload and download information.
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) / Computer Science (CS) or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) / Post Graduate / MBA IT
- Experience: Overall, 10 years of experience with minimum 5 years of experience in knowledge management and experience in the development and implementation of a management information system, database, and website.
- Should also have a thorough understanding of user interface and website usability for the PMU / PIU.
Ability to develop and implement a fronted management information system and database to tie together into a computer-based information system to assist in its effective implementation.
• Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
