Title: IT Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (Onsite Mandatory)
Timings: USA (CST Time Zone)
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree with sales experience (IT sales preferred)
• Experience selling IT Solutions, Professional Services, or Staff Augmentation
• Must be a competitive high achiever and persistent
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Good to have IT Recruitment experience
Core Competencies:
Looking for US IT Bench Sales Recruiters must have broad overall knowledge of technical terminology Proven ability to cultivate relationships with Vendors and Clients.
• Must be an exceptional team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Must have experience in Marketing H1B, OPT, Green Card, and s.
• Recruiter will support our company's efforts to place bench candidates for multiple clients nationwide
• Provide technical analysis and assessments as needed.
• Utilize best practices to effectively manage customer deliverables and resources.
• Strong background in Technology
• Proven organizational and process-oriented skills
• Customer service focused with service level communication skills
• Strong experience in Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linkedin other Job sites.
• Skills in Full Life Cycle IT Recruitment.
• Experienced sourcing requirements through a variety of job boards.
• Ability to connect with vendors/client and build relationships for open roles
• Proven relationship and people management skills with high level of professionalism
• Excellent cold calling skills
• 1+ years managing Enterprise Customers and played the role of Customer Relationship
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Should have experience in IT marketing/bench selling is must.
• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task. Must have a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure
