Today’s customers seek convenient shopping experience. We are available to the customers via our proprietary 24X7 TV Shopping channels (Shop LC in US & Germany and Shop TJC in UK) and other digital medium which includes website, mobile apps, Over-The-Top platforms (OTT’s), social media and third-party marketplaces. Thus, today VGL reaches out to almost million households across US, UK & Germany. As digitization increases, online retail is expected to grow and mature, our portfolio & omni-channel strategy will accordingly evolve alongside. VGL has a group turnover of approx. Rs. 2, Crore (FY - ) and employs over people globally. VGL has its head office as well as its main manufacturing facility in Jaipur, India, which employs approx. people, including contract workers.
Under our flagship one-for-one meals initiative ‘Your Purchase Feeds...’, we served 13 million meals to school children in India, US and UK. With this, we have served 63 million meals till date. We encourage our team members to donate at least two hours every month for charitable causes that is tracked through our performance system.

Role Intro: Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Analyst to join our dedicated Global Corporate – IT team.
Responsibilities:
• Review existing processes, explore options, implement and support technology-based solutions
• Plan the sprints and deliver as scheduled
• Gather the requirements, document clearly in Jira, groom and get it developed as per requirements
• Work with offshore development team (India), update to US team and work with Product team (India & US).
• Working with team and Identifying problems in the early stages rather than later stages and help to complete in target time.
• Good Planning, Good story documentation for easy understanding the requirements for development.
• Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business.
• Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
• Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
• Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
• Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
• Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups.
• Supervising the design of new products and evaluating how these will perform on the market.
• Creating monthly performance reports.
Requirement:
• Relevant Bachelor’s / master’s degree
• Certified Scrum Master with knowledge of Agile (Jira)
• Basic programming language skills, MS office, SQL, Creating test cases, Power point presentations.
• Decision making skills, understand business requirements and document the requirements for the development and suggesting cost efficiency analysis.
• Good managing capabilities, plan and work towards achieving the targets.
• Certified Scrum Master, SaFe Agile Certification, BA certification
