IT Business Analyst
Experience: 2-4 years
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Salary range: 1.80 LPA - 5.40 LPA (depending upon the interview)
Responsibilities:
• Analyzing business requirements.
• Increasing the client retention rate in the organization to help increase revenue.
• Design the initial flow diagram and wireframe models.
• Handle escalations.
• Maintain a proper communication channel between the client and the development team.
• Share daily/weekly/monthly reports with the stakeholders.
• User acceptance testing as and when needed
Requirements:
• Experience with tools like Jira, Power BI, Balsamiq, Asana, Figma & Excel
• Excellent communication skills and presentation
• Handled international clients and projects
