Your team:
Avaloq has designed a solution that addresses the needs of a new lifestyle shaped by technological trends, with no compromise on quality and security. With its Mobile Banking App, Avaloq reaches out to bank clients, allowing them to carry out their bank transactions anywhere, anytime with their smartphones or tablets. The application, which leverages the Avaloq Banking System, provides clients with a state-of-the-art app for managing their finances at their convenience.
You will be surrounded by smart, highly capable people who are passionate to build the next generation of innovative applications in Mobile banking.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Analyst who can drive the implementation of Roadmap items and features in our Mobile Banking App.
Your mission:
• Analyze business requirements and processes
• Evaluate possible scenarios and recommend best business and mobile banking solutions to our clients
• Build, customize and document business solutions in Avaloq
• Participate in implementation workshops and actively manage stakeholders
• Testing and user-training for newly implemented and existing functionality
• Prepare reports and project documents concerning new client requirements, ongoing activities and project status
• Maintain product documentation
• Participate in customer implementation projects
• Analysis and management of customer issues
Qualifications
What you need
• Solid understanding / knowledge of the banking industry and processes
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis / requirements engineering preferably with know-how from digital / mobile banking
• Exceptional communication skills
• A passion for and experience with mobile development
• The ability to understand, abstract, and specify banking processes and requirements
• A meticulous approach to testing
• The motivation to constantly improve and learn new skills
• A collaborative approach to problem-solving
You will get extra points for the following
• Experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably in Wealth Management
• Digital Banking know-how
• Technical Background
• Working experience in an Agile Software Development environment
• Knowledge of programming (able to read/write code) and databases
• Knowledge and experience with system administration, networking and security
• Avaloq solutions know-how
• Problem-solving attitude
