Description

Position: Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive/ Lead Generation Executive

Level: Consultant/ #Senior Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Experience: 3-6 Years

Job Type: Permanent

Roles and Responsibilities :

•Research accounts, identify key players and generate qualified leads

•Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

•Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails

•Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

•Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

•Qualify leads

•Understand customer needs and requirements

•Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

•Explaining and demonstrating service offerings

•Keep up-to date with new offerings of the company

•Making minimum of 50 calls per day and sending LinkedIn invites and Inmails

•Achieve monthly and quarterly lead quota

Requirements:

•Minimum 3 years of inside sales experience in IT services. Understanding of IT service offerings.

•Development and Maintenance of projects - Java, Python, node/js, MS stack, Testing and Testing tools, Cloud, Big-Data and Analytics

•Track record of over-achieving quota

•Strong phone presence and experience dialing calls per day

•Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

•Experience working with SFDC or similar CRM

•Excellent verbal and written communications skills

•Neutral Accent

•Strong listening and presentation skills

•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Qualifications:
