IT Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:- - Work with the IT team to ensure that all Regulatory (RBI) observations are resolved and responded to within the indicated timelines - Maintain, track and report all critical Regulatory (RBI) observations to the IT senior management . - Coordinate with IT teams in performing audit reviews. - Track and monitor all open Regulatory (RBI) & audit observations for IT team. - Analyze and publish the key Regulatory (RBI) & audit findings to the IT team - Develop strong relationship with key stakeholders and business partners by addressing issues/concerns in timely manner. - Maintain documentation for Regulatory (RBI) & audits and IT policies and procedures for mitigating the observations. - Understand the Key Risk Indicators and respective Regulatory controls. Collate and track the same periodically basis the requirement of regulators. - Time to time verify the regulatory Advisory's and Alert's for their respective controls in IT System's and reporting of same. Secondary Responsibilities:- To prepare Weekly Dashboard and presentations Provide understanding of risk guidance, and controls clarity to the team members. Key Success Metrics:- Deliver & effectively track all the deliverables Timely follow-up and closure of audit points. Education & Professional Qualification:- B.E/B.Tech or MS in Computer Science or related discipline The desired candidate must :- - Have expertise in IT audit management, people and stakeholder management - Have technology audit skills and functional understanding in banking domain - 3-5years of relevant experience - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Analytical skills to assess information and identify potential observation - Good to have : CISA, COBIT, ISO audit Certification
