About the Role
We're looking for a Delivery Support Specialist to join us. This permanent role is based in Wellington. The successful candidate will be focused on ensuring ACC's core functions are understood, supported, and delivered from an Information Technology perspective. They'll work closely with stakeholders in the Service Delivery group to support key functions by combining technology knowledge and business acumen to help resolve issues in cases of major incidents. Proactively using technical monitoring tools and predictions, this role aims to avoid major incidents from happening in the first place.
