Who We Are Looking For:
AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of IT Developer II. - Webmethods Development.
The Webmethods Developer position will be responsible for supporting Integration Migration, Consolidation and Reconciliation requirements using AGCO's existing Webmethods landscape, as well as helping in the migration towards a consolidated, strategic platform. Also technical guidance will be provided for IT project and Applications teams to support the entire life-cycle of projects and change requests. This may encompass multiple systems, functions, locations and countries. The technical project guidance includes the overall IT responsibility for the technical investigation, planning, design, construction, implementation and post go live support. This role can also include the day-to-day technical support for issues, investigating root cause and ideal solutions to resolve discrepancies and ensure the highest possible level of quality is maintained for the IT systems involved.
What You Will Do:
Maintain an understanding of AGCO's business processes and the application systems/infrastructure that supports them.
Coordinate and work with other IT colleagues to understand the requirements and provide the ideal solution.
Lead the development and design for complex data integration and transformation opportunities for global and regional data projects and follow the appropriate change control procedures, including the creation and ownership of technical specifications and testing documentation.
Identify areas of continuous improvement, to increase possibilities of right first time implementations and reduce overall support requirements. Recommend and prepare documentation on best practices, development procedures, reporting, and strategic opportunities.
Define support procedures to routine problems that can be handled by the Service Desk, Super User or second level IT support organizations. Prepare documentation for hand over to functional teams.
Monitor performance and provide responsive action to issues, maintaining a high-level of internal customer satisfaction.
Ensure individual and team compliance with all AGCO policies, procedures and regulations, including Sarbanes Oxley, GDPR, IT and Security. Follow established governance processes and standards
What You Will Bring:
Years of Business Experience Required (Relevant to position) 6-8 years.
Bachelors Degree in IT related subject. Excellent development skills, using WebMethods, with a good understanding of its approaches to integration.
Extensive development experience using Software AG"s webMethods Developer and webMethods flow language.
Extensive knowledge on the Trading Network Server.
Demonstrated integration development experience using web services, SAP RFCs and XML documents.
Working knowledge on Flatfile processing, MS SQL Server, and/or Oracle relational databases configuration, JDBC Adapter, SAP Adapter, MWS, Designer.
Working knowledge on BPM, BAM and CAF.
Experience in Java is nice to have.
The ability to successfully work with and influence diverse groups and teams, in a complex and rapidly changing environment, is also required in order to deliver value-added solutions

Strong analytical skills required in resolving problems with technical components developed, as well as data quality issues.
The latter would require full root cause analysis, in order to understand and plan the route forward.
