About the role
We’re looking for an IT Development Manager that has broad experience across Websites and core business applications and integrations to lead a team of developers working on some exciting projects.
As IT Development Manager, reporting to the Technology Director, you will play a critical role in defining the strategic direction and associated roadmaps for the application software landscape which includes over 15 websites.
What you need:
10+ years’ experience in software engineering and/or software development.
5+ years experience working in a senior IT position within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Proven experience as a Senior Leader in IT system strategy development, design & architecture of application landscapes.
Ability to manage, coach, and develop a cross-functional team.
Task and work management, ensuring on-time delivery.
A strong background in CMS such as WordPress and a good understanding of backend systems and front-end design.
Proven experience in streamlining application deployment processes and conducting architecture reviews
Proven experience in software development using an array of code bases including; .NET, PHP, Python, React , SQL
Proven experience of both Azure & AWS services
