Roles and Responsibilities
Desired Experience
• Techno functional or Functional Business Analysts in Product / IT Delivery Companies & aspiring to work from Client side in IT Department.
• Experience ranging from 3 years to 6 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a Financial institution / NBFC / IT Product / IT Services Delivery Companies
• Candidate should be smart, understand Business Process & Technology solutioning and able to get the work delivered from Implementation Partner
• Should play various roles while managing Projects which are carried out in SDLC, Agile way Work as TCHFL PMs / Vendor BA / PMs to define scoping, Solution Design review, Testing and liaise with Maintenance / Support team.
• Tracking various issues, and working with System Implementation partner to get Root Cause Analysis, Fix, working with Support team on deployment.
• Communicating with various stakeholders and completing project tasks which are of internal nature. Like Understanding of Rule definition, Doing Master configuration, Co ordination with various team to identify RCA, Agreed solution from SI etc.
• Experience of working in Lending mainly LOS, LMS systems, Workflow platforms (like FinnOne, SFDC, JOCATA, SFDC, Mobility solutions) along with integration methodologies and understanding of API Webservices will be added advantage. Knowledge of SQL / Oracle and Designing Wireframes, ERD will be added preferred. Hands on knowledge of Excel and PPT will be helpful.
• Should display Leadership / ownership of assigned projects while working with various stakeholders

• Project Management / Co Ordination activities while working with various key stakeholders like Operations, Finance, Product, Customer Service Team, Digital team and internal IT teams
• Follow IT Governance processes
• Obtain all necessary approvals and sign offs from business departments
• Provide first level support to business users for issues and CR assistance
• Validate testing done by Implementation partner for all project deliverables for the readiness of commencement of UAT
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to connect across functions
