We are looking for an IT Engineer to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company's computing needs. The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practice processes.

Docyt is a super app that applies AI (artificial intelligence) across the entire accounting tech stack. Docyt digitizes financial data, automates both income and expense workflows, continuously reconciles QuickBooks®, and generates real-time financial statements. Responsibilities
• Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) in our internal systems
• Implement and maintain a centralized device management solution (MDM)
• Implement and manage centralized anti-virus and malware protection for company devices
• Support Docyt’s employees and contractors with their technical needs
• Execute onboarding and offboarding processes
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance on creating and adjusting corporate processes
• Provision and de-provision access to internal, production, and corporate IT systems
• Organize, document, and enforce JIRA-based task management workflows
• Provide IT and application training to employees
• Manage production network security (VPN, firewalls)
• Working with external vendors for services and support
• Managing and deploying corporate hardware (computers, laptops
