Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support/services to users at customer premises.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting of computer problems
• First level hardware support for end user
• Troubleshooting desktop / laptop issues.
• Support for standard software issues (Isolate system issues; diagnose standard software issues and report hardware issues to respective Suppliers.
• Installation / configuration of email clients
• Troubleshooting email client related issues
• Troubleshooting issues related to standard office software (MS Office Word, Xls, PowerPoint etc.) and internet clients .
• Should have knowledge on Server Hardware.
• Willing to work in 24x7 support
• Should have two wheeler with required documents
• Remove virus from respective desktop / laptop with the antivirus software.
Specialized Skills & Attributes:
Good communication & presentation skills
Basic knowledge of IT Hardware business
