Job Description
You will be taking a major role in implementing Riverbed business processes in NetSuite ERP.
End to end management of customizations, solution architecture, development, testing and deployment and rolling out of periodic NetSuite patches/upgrades.
You will be working closely with other IT Team members and will be guiding the team on best practices:
Doing code reviews and monitoring application performance.
Responsible for production support, development, testing and deployment of bug fixes and enhancements.
This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and resolving tickets as per SLA.
Troubleshooting scripts, integrations, and workflows.
Problem Management - Identifying RCA and fixing the root cause for priority incidents and Support quarter-end operations.

PG Qualification
Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization
