Key Responsibilities:
Expeience required 1-3 years
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, CCTV, Payment Getway (Transition) and networking equipment.
Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability.
Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, network-related and payment related issues.
Manage data backups and system updates.
Ensure IT security (firewall, antivirus, user access control).
Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and service contracts.
Maintain asset inventory and IT documentation.
Assist in setting up and managing email, cloud, and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Gmail).
