Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware issues.
Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
Ensure the proper functioning of all IT equipment.
Maintain an inventory of IT hardware.
Assist in the procurement of new hardware and software.
Monitor and manage network connections.
Provide technical support to end-users, both remotely and on-site.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT hardware and desktop support.
Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Technical Skills
Windows and Linux operating systems.
Hardware troubleshooting.
Network management.
Active Directory.
TCP/IP protocols.
Microsoft Office Suite.
