Job Role: IT Executive
Salary Slabs: Rs 20,000/- to Rs 30,000/- per month
Year of Experience: 2 to 4 years

Role and Responsibilities
- IT troubleshooting
Printer & Scanner Installation & maintenance
Windows OS & MAC OSX
Hardware and Networking support
Admin & Desktop support
- Email ID creation for new joiners
- Setting up accounts for new users
- CCTV and intercom maintenance
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support to Employees
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Determining IT budget and equipment needs
- Ensuring systems security
- Purchases, renewals and maintenance of Domains and important Certificates
