About Clove
Clove Dental is the largest network of dental clinics in India. Since inception in
2011, we have been persistent in our tunnel vision and ardently strive to offer global
standards of dentistry in every neighbourhood across the subcontinent. Spread across 600+ clinics Clove manages an excess of 1 million + patients every month. In addition, we have conducted about 15 lakh treatments in the last ten years. Roles & Responsibilities - Dental Intraoral scanner management, Preventives and administration
Managing and installing IT infra including Laptop, desktop, modem/routers, NW printers, CCTV etc.
Handling IT issues related to scanners promptly.
Monitoring internet and coordinating with Dental OEM, ISP & other third-party vendors for support
Handling queries and helping users in optimal use of systems and application
IT and Scanner Inventory management
Carry out regular preventives and keep all devices in healthy state
Own Conveyance (Must)
SKILLS REQUIRED
Ability to provide support to local as well as remote locations.
Knowledge of remote access tools, hardware, and software troubleshooting
Working on weekends and support telephonically during off days
Have worked on application support in handling user queries and training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
