Key Responsibilities:

• Server Installation and RAID Configuration:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers with RAID setups to ensure data redundancy and system reliability.

• WIFI Access Points and Gateway Controller Management:

• Configure and manage WIFI access points and gateway controllers to provide seamless internet access across hotel and pub premises.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

• CCTV Installation and Maintenance:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems to ensure continuous surveillance and security.

• Perform regular system checks and updates.

• Network Printer Configuration and Troubleshooting:

• Install and configure network printers.

• Troubleshoot printing issues and ensure efficient print operations.

• Desktop Hardware Installation and Configuration:

• Install and configure desktop computers and related hardware for staff and guest use.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance.

• Domain Controller and Active Directory Management:

• Manage domain controllers and Active Directory to ensure secure and organized user access across the network.

• Handle user account management and group policy configurations.

• DHCP Server Management:

• Configure and manage DHCP servers to ensure efficient IP address allocation and network management.

• VLAN Configuration:

• Set up and manage VLANs to segment network traffic and enhance security.

• EPABX Configuration and Maintenance:

• Configure and maintain EPABX systems to ensure reliable internal and external communication.

• Address any issues related to telephone systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel industry required

• Troubleshooting and technical support skills

• Network administration and Information Technology expertise

• Knowledge of IT operations and systems management

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively

• Relevant IT certifications or degree in Computer Science or related field
