About the Role
As an IT Governance professional in the banking sector, you will be responsible for ensuring that IT systems and processes are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes experience in IT governance, IT infrastructure, network audits, application security audit/software development life cycle (SDLC) audit, cyber security audits, RPA audits, pre- and post-implementation project audits, and internal audit.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular IT governance reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, hardware replacements, and software deployments.
• Develop and implement effective audit strategies to identify and mitigate risks associated with IT systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements for IT projects.
• Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT governance, IT infrastructure, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of risk and control concepts, particularly within the banking and financial industries.
• Familiarity with local regulators' guidelines, such as RBI circulars and CSITE circulars.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in verbal and written English.
