About the Role:
Join our Global Infrastructure and Technology (GIT) team as a IT Hardware & Infrastructure Support Engineer. This mid-level role involves hands-on technical execution, supporting enterprise IT infrastructure through hardware design, deployment, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
• Deploy and configure laptops, servers, network devices, and storage systems.
• Support hardware provisioning for data centers and enterprise environments.
• Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Maintain accurate hardware asset records and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with software, network, and infrastructure teams for seamless integration.
• Provide L1/L2 support and escalate incidents as needed.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to audits.
What We’re Looking For
• Basic understanding of server architecture, networking hardware, and storage systems.
• Familiarity with hardware monitoring tools and asset management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts or on-call support.
Qualifications
• Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in hardware or infrastructure support roles (certifications are a plus).
• High computer literacy and strong interpretation skills.
