Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
• Selection-implementation & enhancement ERP solution of the organisation
• Responsible for data security.data retention and disaster management.
• Selection, Implementation & enhancement ot Infrastructure & Gommunication Onternet.tele-communication.websites), solution
• Responsible to prepare,implement organization's IT policies
• All IT related Staturory Compliances
• Responsible for Process Automation Digitalization of function
• Establishing adequate and appropriate IT infrastructure.
• Responsible to develop /select/ source the right IT solutions and applications for various functions along with the concerned HOD.
• To support business with smooth operations of implemented ERP & business applications
• mplernentation of Business intelligence tools
• Facilitation and monitoring for ERP Management
• Facillitation for various MIS requirements
• Monitoring & continuously upgrading all IT Hardware
• Prepare and control department budget
• Preparing & monitoring budget of the department for management approval & implementation.
• Preparing & monitoring budget of the department for management approval & implementation Training, skill upgradation & motivation
• Design & develop requisite organization structure for the function to meet the future business requirements
• Performance Review
• Motivation and retention of employees.
Qualification : B.Tech (CS), MCA, MCM, M.Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent degree
Experience : 8-15 years of relevant experience in Process automation. Digitalization, IT Infra Management
CTC : 25 to 35 LPA
