IT Support Specialist
This is a contract opportunity in New York, NY.

About the Position
The IT Support Specialist role offers hands-on experience and practical skills in technical support. This position focuses on assisting users with troubleshooting and resolving computer system issues across a variety of technical challenges. Ideal for building real-world expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Address user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware, resolving lower-complexity issues.
Conduct remote software installations and perform hardware testing as needed.
Monitor system operations using diagnostic tools to identify errors and ensure proper functionality.
Maintain detailed records of data communication transactions, documenting issues, solutions, and installation activities.
Investigate and resolve technical issues using manuals, user interactions, and computer diagnostics.
Provide troubleshooting support and hands-on assistance to users across different devices and platforms.
Skills & Requirements:

12-24 months of IT operations experience with MAC OS and enterprise ticketing systems.
Demonstrated experience with MAC OS is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in mobile device support and MDM (Mobile Device Management).
Experience with Office 365 and Google Workplace.
Knowledge of Multi-factor Authentication.
Willingness to travel locally between offices as needed.
