An exciting opportunity has become available for an IT Helpdesk and Systems Support person to join us. This is a full time position, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, and additionally be on call once a fortnight as well. You will be the first point of contact either through our online ticketing system, in person, or directly via phone or MS teams. This role provides first level IT support to all Bendon team members and visitors across New Zealand and Australia and is a part of the Bendon Helpdesk team and is responsible for:
Working with our team across NZ and AU to provide full IT support across all assets including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, POS, phones and phone systems.
Administering Bendon's IT Asset register, including ensuring assets are recorded, tagged, allocated, updated, located and removed as directed.
Monitoring system performance, responding to and solving issues urgently, and making recommendations for improvement.
Keeping up to date with new technologies and how they can assist Bendon's user community.
Proven high degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to share technical information in an easily understood way to a non-technical audience.

What would make you a great person for this role?
2+ years proven experience working in an IT Helpdesk/System Support role.
Previous experience working in a multi-site IT environment
POS systems knowledge.
Intermediate level experience with Windows based computers and network systems.
Time management and work planning skills.
