Job description

Job Overview:

We are hiring energetic and motivated individuals for our IT Infrastructure and IT Support teams at Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting, and should be eager to grow in a fast-paced NBFC environment.

Key Responsibilities:IT Infrastructure:

• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.

• Support LAN/WAN network configurations, server maintenance, and IT assets management.

• Help in implementing IT security policies, data backups, and system monitoring.

• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurements and AMC.

IT Support:

• Provide first-level support to internal users (hardware/software/network issues).

• Handle troubleshooting of desktops, printers, and basic networking issues.

• Maintain IT inventory and ensure timely updates.

• Log support tickets and ensure timely closure.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.

• Familiarity with MS Office, email setup, and antivirus tools.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience in NBFC domain will be a plus.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Diploma/Graduate in IT/CS or relevant field.

• Experience: 0–2 years in IT Support or Infrastructure.

• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
