MINDTEL GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing network solutions that meet our organizational needs.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Designing and implementing network architectures to meet business requirements.
Monitoring and analyzing network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Configuring and managing routing and switching protocols to ensure network security and stability.
Implementing and maintaining network security policies and protocols to protect against cyber threats.
Collaborating with software developers and system architects to optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with network systems.
Documenting network configurations, processes, and systems to ensure information availability and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Providing technical support and training for users to enhance network usage and efficacy.
Conducting network capacity planning and forecasting to ensure scalability and prepare for future growth.
Staying updated with the latest networking technologies and trends to recommend improvements and enhancements to network architecture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
Proven experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
Extensive knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
Experience with cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
